It's in the details: Eva Chen's amazing office
I was really excited to stumble upon Lucky Magazine's Editor-In-Chief, Eva Chen's super-stylish office on Domino last night. As a former Harper's Bazaar intern and with a 7-year run at Teen Vogue, Eva's office is every bit as glamorous as I had come to expect.
I love that Eva has created an informal meeting space by bringing in a couch and coffee table. She tells Domino: “I really believe in collaboration... We needed to make an inviting space where everyone felt like they had a place to settle in and really talk about style.”
I've never thought of displaying personal items, such as my favourite fragrance or nail polishes, on my desk... until now. I also love the clever use of small containers and bowls to house a collection of business cards.
We have an empty space in our dining room, right beside our back door, and I think that a bench with a selection of my favourite coffee table books would make a great statement. And what a perfect spot to drop your handbag and kick off your shoes at the end of the day!
So many clever ideas! I simply adore Eva's beautiful office - it's inspired me to make a few stylish changes to my own office and home.
