The Poetry Collection Frangipani Scented Candle, R99
I am obsessed with candles. Scented candles, massage candles, travel candles - I'll take any candle I can possibly get my hands on. I love how a candle can turn the atmosphere of a room around in five seconds flat - from my ordinary, lived-in lounge to a stylish, scented haven fit for the pages of a magazine. And then there's the importance of smell - there's nothing better than a fresh, citrusy zing to rejuvenate and energise the senses, while Christmas just isn't Christmas until I've pulled out my special Macintosh Spice scented Yankee Candle (I light up this baby every year while decorating my tree - Christmas in a jar!) That would explain my excitement when I stumbled upon this Frangipani scented stunner at Poetry in Canal Walk earlier this evening - the sweet, floral scent instantly transported me back to Mauritius. *Sigh* I certainly wouldn't mind finding this beauty under my tree this year!
