Christmas Wishlist: Gift Idea One

Like most people, I've ALWAYS loved Christmas, but I'm finding that I'm reveling in the whole process and all the traditions that surround it even more this year. I stayed up way past my bedtime on the eve of 1 December, just so that I could put up the Christmas tree and decorate it too. I've already decided what foods will become my Christmas staples (I have a killer zucchini fritter recipe - stolen from a friend - that I made for Christmas lunch last year, that I've decided will become a regular feature in all Christmas lunch spreads in future), and I've already come up with amazing, cheap-but-awesome stocking filler ideas. I'm not quite sure why the Christmas bug has bitten me quite so hard this year, but I think it may have something to do with settling into cosy, domestic bliss (I never thought I'd say that!) with the man of my dreams.

Since I'm finding it hard to contain my excitement and I just happen to be in the business of beauty, I've taken it upon myself to round up my top beauty-related gift ideas (to suit all budgets, I promise!) from now until Christmas Eve.

Gift Idea One: Body Thrills Chocolate Pudding Body Butter, R90 for 125ml

This Christmas you can have your chocolate and eat it too...and without all those pesky calories! You'd be hard-pressed to find a woman who wouldn't love this locally-made stunner. I, for one, would go absolutely looney (in a good way!) if I were to discover this delicious, chocolaty treat under my tree (hint, hint). This indulgent body butter is made using Belgian chocolate, cocoa butter, peppermint (to soothe tired legs after a party-filled festive season and just perfect for those who love wearing heels, like me), shea butter and soy milk, with just a hint of cinnamon. This amazing product smells absolutely delicious and is good enough to eat... I tried the Chocolate Pudding Body Polish earlier this year and I must admit that I found it very hard to resist tasting it! Buy this product (or five) on it's own for a fabulous stocking filler, or make your own chocolaty pamper pack for a great gift that every woman will appreciate.
