This room

 

Although I spent a ridiculous amount of time cleaning, arranging and organising Bean's bedroom before his arrival, I've been playing around with the idea of a reshuffle for the past couple of days. The room doesn't feel 'pulled together', and since moving Bean into his own bedroom about a week ago (he slept in a little Moses basket in our bedroom up until then), I've identified a few little tweaks that were necessary: a chair so that I could breastfeed him in his room at night (as opposed to exposing him to the bright passage light on the way to our bedroom), and a reshuffle to make space for his new swing, to name but a few. While going through my blog roll earlier today, I stumbled upon this gorgeous, small home on A Cup Of Jo. The whole house is absolutely gorgeous and the owner's tips for decorating a small space are great, but I was particularly enamored with the bedroom her two boys share. This should get the creative juices flowing...
