The big handbag clear out

It may be the start of the 'nesting' phase, but I've suddenly developed this big urge to declutter, reorganise and redecorate just about every aspect of our house - starting with my handbag. Early yesterday morning, while on my way out the door to head to work, I took one look at my handbag and decided it was time. I sat down on the nearest ottoman and cleared out the contents of my handbag there and then. This is what I found:

Five old boarding passes. TOO much junk (think receipts, random brochures I'll never look at again, old chewing gum wrappers...) to mention. And 17 - yes, SEVENTEEN - lipsticks, lip glosses and lip balms. (14 are pictured, while I kept my three most-used in my handbag for touch ups on the go). I now have the uncontrollable urge to 'treat' myself to a new handbag to hold my streamlined stash...
