The 10 Day Challenge: {Seven Wants}

DAY FOUR: Seven Wants

1. Right now, a box full of macarons and a vanilla flavoured cappuccino would go down very well, thanks! Then again, there doesn't seem to be a day that goes by that I don't crave macarons and coffee...

2. A romantic getaway to Tintswalo Atlantic. Ok, so it's a stone's throw from home, but it looks like absolute paradise. A great spot for our wedding night, perhaps?

3. A chic, simple yet stylish stretch pencil skirt, like this one from Country Road. I recently attended the launch of Hugo Boss's newest feminine fragrance, and they'd arranged for an image consultant to sit with each beauty editor to discuss our individual body shapes and what clothes would make the most of our figures. As it turns out, I'm an inverted triangle, so the image consultant suggested that I stick to wearing clean, simple lines and solid colours on my top half, while going all out with bright colours and bold prints on my lower half. This striped skirt fits the bill, I think! (I saw it on Pinterest - here's hoping that this skirt will be stocked in SA stores.)

4. I spent about two hours working from my fiance's desk yesterday afternoon (he works from home), and it only served to remind me how much one can accomplish when working from an inspiring, peaceful setting. I'm determined to set up an office space for myself at home... I'm sure I'll get plenty of blogging and copy writing done in a pretty office like this!

5. We were lucky enough to have plenty of storage space in our previous house, and although I really, really, REALLY love our new home, I wish we had more cupboard space! I've had to resort to keeping my linen in a trunk but if I had more space, the first thing I'd do is create a gorgeous, well-organised linen cupboard.

6. Being the shoe-lover that I am, my ultimate indulgence would be a sexy pair of classic platform heels from Louboutin. Swoon.

7. I'm due for my upgrade in about two weeks' time and I literally cannot wait to get my iPhone. I have been counting down the months - expect plenty of gorgeous images on this blog soon!
